  • While a consultation is not required for most services, we do offer complimentary 20-minute consultations to discuss your aesthetic goals and tailor an individualized treatment plan. This is a great option if you are not certain of which services are right for your treatment goals, or if you are curious about several treatments. Certain services—including Medical Weight Loss and NOUVADerm laser treatments—require a consultation prior to your first treatment.

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.   • All treatments are performed by our board certified physician, Dr. Bonato. Dr. Bonato directly assesses patients and oversees personalized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety, technique, and care.

  • We offer a complimentary 2-week follow-up visit after your initial appointment to evaluate your progress and determine if any touch-ups or additional treatments are needed.

Injectables & Dermal Fillers

  • Wrinkle relaxers (like Dysport and Botox) temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause expression lines and wrinkles. Dermal fillers (like Restylane and Juvéderm) use hyaluronic acid to restore lost volume, plump lips, and smooth deeper facial folds and contours.

  • Your comfort is our top priority. For delicate areas like the lips, midface, and smile lines, we offer treatments utilizing a nerve block so that pain is significantly minimized during the procedure.

  • Traditional dermal fillers (like Restylane and Juvéderm) are made of hyaluronic acid and provide immediate volume to areas like the lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds. Sculptra works differently; it is a biostimulator that works gradually over time to stimulate your body’s natural collagen production. It offers subtle, long-lasting facial rejuvenation and volume restoration.

  • Cellenis Derma PRP is a 100% natural, autologous filler created from your own blood. We process your blood to create a gel-like scaffolding mixed with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). This provides immediate natural volume while utilizing the regenerative growth factors of PRP to improve your skin's health and texture over time.

  • While both treatments are 100% natural and utilize your body's own blood to rejuvenate the skin, they serve different primary purposes:

    • Traditional PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): This is the "liquid gold" extracted from your blood after it is spun in a centrifuge. It is packed with growth factors and is highly effective at stimulating collagen, improving skin texture, and accelerating cellular repair. We typically use it topically during microneedling (the "PRP Facial") or inject it directly into areas like the under-eyes or scalp for gradual rejuvenation and tissue repair.

    • Cellenis Derma PRP Gel Filler: This is an advanced, autologous dermal filler. To create this, we take a portion of your plasma and process it into a thicker, gel-like substance. We then mix this protein-rich gel back with your PRP. When injected, it provides immediate volume and natural scaffolding to plump the skin—just like a traditional hyaluronic acid filler—but with the added long-term benefit of releasing PRP growth factors into the tissue over time for continuous skin revitalization.

    If your primary goal is to improve overall skin tone, texture, and elasticity, traditional PRP is an excellent choice. If you are looking to immediately restore lost facial volume while simultaneously improving the long-term health of your skin, the Derma PRP Gel Filler is the perfect all-in-one solution.

  • The longevity of your results depends on the type of injectable used, the area treated, and your body’s unique metabolism. Here is a general timeline of what you can expect from our different treatments:

    • Neuromodulators (Dysport): These wrinkle-relaxing treatments typically last between 3 to 4 months. We recommend scheduling regular maintenance appointments a few times a year to keep your results looking fresh and smooth.

    • Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers (Restylane & Juvéderm): These fillers provide immediate volume and generally last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. High-movement areas like the lips tend to metabolize filler a bit faster (usually around 6 to 12 months), while filler placed deeper in the midface, cheeks, or marionette lines can last up to a year or more.

    • Biostimulators (Sculptra): Because Sculptra works gradually to stimulate your body's own collagen production, the results are highly durable. Once your series of treatments is complete, the rejuvenating effects can last up to 2 years or more.

    • Autologous Fillers (Cellenis Derma PRP): This natural gel filler provides immediate volume while continuously working to improve skin texture and tone over time. Because it utilizes your own tissue regeneration, the structural and anti-aging benefits are long-lasting, though individual timelines vary.

Skin Rejuvenation
(Microneedling, Peels & Lesion Removal)

  • The VI Peel is a medical-grade, medium-depth peel that penetrates deeper into the skin than traditional esthetician peels. It uses a proprietary blend of ingredients to treat hyperpigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, and sun damage. It involves minimal downtime and includes a specialized at-home care kit to soothe and protect your skin while maximizing your results.

  • Standard microneedling stimulates collagen by creating controlled micro-injuries. To maximize your results, we highly recommend adding either Exosomes or Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to your treatment.

    While we still offer and achieve excellent results with the traditional "PRP Facial"—which applies the natural growth factors from your own drawn blood into those micro-channels—we now frequently recommend Exosomes as our premier enhancement. Exosomes are highly concentrated, potent signaling molecules that deliver a massive boost of growth factors, peptides, and amino acids directly into the skin without the need for a blood draw.

    Whether you choose our trusted PRP method or our preferred Exosome upgrade, adding these regenerative powerhouses significantly accelerates healing, maximizes collagen and elastin production, and delivers unparalleled improvements in skin texture, tone, and overall youthfulness.

  • Both Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Exosomes are incredible regenerative treatments that significantly boost collagen production, reduce fine lines, and accelerate healing when paired with microneedling. However, they work slightly differently:

    • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): This is a 100% natural, autologous treatment, meaning it comes from your own body. We perform a quick, standard blood draw in the office, then spin the blood in a centrifuge to isolate your natural growth factors. Those isolated growth factors are then applied to the skin. It is a highly effective, trusted, and tried-and-true method for cellular repair and rejuvenation.

    • Exosomes: This is our premier, preferred treatment upgrade. Unlike PRP, Exosomes do not require a blood draw. They are highly concentrated, lab-derived or plant based "messenger" vesicles packed with billions of growth factors, peptides, and amino acids—yielding a much higher concentration of regenerative properties than what can typically be harvested from a standard PRP blood draw. Because they are so potent and highly anti-inflammatory, they communicate directly with your skin cells to regenerate faster. This results in reduced downtime, less post-treatment redness, and amplified collagen and elastin production.

    While both options will give you beautiful, glowing skin, Dr. Bonato frequently recommends Exosomes for patients looking to maximize their anti-aging results, minimize their recovery time, and skip the blood draw.   • The Hyfrecator® uses precise high-frequency electrical currents to safely remove unwanted skin lesions with minimal downtime. It is highly effective for skin tags, enlarged oil glands (sebaceous hyperplasia), benign moles, milium (firm white bumps), and fine blood vessels.

Hair Restoration

  • PRP Hair Restoration utilizes the healing properties of your own blood to stimulate hair follicles and promote thicker, fuller hair growth. Growth factors are injected directly into the scalp to strengthen existing hair. Please note: This treatment requires active hair follicles to work and is not effective for complete baldness.

  • This is a comprehensive, 6-month protocol designed for maximum results. It includes four NOUVADerm laser treatments, four microneedling exosome treatments, three PRP injection sessions, and a full 6-month supply of at-home serum, shampoo, and conditioner.

Medical Weight Loss

  • At Bonato MD Aesthetics, we exclusively prescribe brand-name Zepbound (tirzepatide), which mimics the natural GLP-1 hormone to regulate appetite and improve insulin sensitivity. Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation and lab evaluation with Dr. Bonato. Once your customized plan is established, you will come in for monthly appointments where you are medically assessed and your dosage may be adjusted.

  • While individual results vary, many patients begin to notice a reduction in appetite and cravings within the first few weeks. Visible weight loss typically becomes apparent within the first 4 to 8 weeks of consistent GLP-1 treatment.

NOUVADerm Thulium Laser

  • While you will likely notice a brighter, smoother complexion after just one session, achieving optimal results for deeper concerns—such as stubborn sun damage, hyperpigmentation, or fine lines—typically requires a series of treatments. We will design a treatment timeline tailored perfectly to your aesthetic goals.
