CANCELLATION POLICY

Bonato MD Aesthetics requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient.

Advance notice allows us to honor our providers' time and ensure timely access to care for all patients.
